REFUND POLICY

1. Overview
At SLABWERK, we take great care in describing and photographing every graded slab. Because each card is a unique, authenticated collectible, we have a limited refund policy as described below.
2. Eligible Refunds
You may request a full refund if:
- The item received does not match the product listing (wrong card, wrong grade, wrong grading company)
- The slab arrives damaged during shipping (cracked case, visible damage not present in listing photos)
- The grading company's certification number does not match the one listed
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order, with photos of the item and packaging.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Market price fluctuations after purchase
- Minor cosmetic differences visible only under specific lighting conditions
- Disagreement with the grading company's assigned grade (this is between you and the grading company)
4. Refund Process
- Contact us via Telegram or Instagram within 3 days of delivery
- Provide your order ID, photos of the issue, and a description
- We will review your request within 1-2 business days
- If approved, we will arrange return shipping and process the refund
5. Refund Methods
- Card payments: Refunded to the original card via Stripe (5-10 business days)
- PayNow: Refunded to your bank account via PayNow (1-2 business days)
- Crypto (USDC): Refunded in USDC to the sending wallet address, at the original USDC amount
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipping for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the standard refund policy applies.
7. Shipping for Returns
If a refund is approved due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit), we will cover return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
