1. Overview

SLABWERK is a Singapore-based online retailer of professionally graded Trading Card Game (TCG) cards, including Pokemon, One Piece, and Magic: The Gathering slabs. By accessing or using our website at slabwerk.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Products

All products sold on SLABWERK are graded cards authenticated by PSA, CGC, or BGS grading companies. Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations may occur. Each slab's authenticity can be verified via the grading company's website using the certification number listed on the product page.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We accept PayNow, credit/debit cards (via Stripe), and cryptocurrency (USDC on Base and Solana networks). Card payments include a processing fee (3.4% + S$0.50). Crypto payments include a 2% FX premium. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price shown at checkout.

4. Orders and Fulfilment

Orders are confirmed once payment is verified. PayNow payments are typically verified within 1-2 hours during business hours. Crypto payments are confirmed automatically once detected on-chain. Card payments are confirmed instantly.

We offer standard shipping (S$5.00, 3-5 business days) and self-collection at designated MRT stations in Singapore (free, to be arranged via Telegram or WhatsApp after order confirmation).

5. Account

You may create an account to track orders and manage addresses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, and design, is the property of SLABWERK. Trading card images and trademarks belong to their respective owners (The Pokemon Company, Bandai, Wizards of the Coast, etc.).

7. Limitation of Liability

SLABWERK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
